hi... i have a problem with these errors that keep coming up & interrupting my computer experience all the time. please if some one could take a look at the " screen shots ", i have sent with this email, i would greatly appreciate it if someone could resolve these issues for me.... please someone help me with this issue. thankyou !!!

No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:

how do i do that?. & do i have to uninstall the first one first?.
