It's not clear what temp 1 and 3 are. Maybe your hard drive?
"Flame" comes from SpeedFan default setting, which will show any temperature over 50C as a "flame".
I'm pretty sure, when your CPU temp will go down, those two will too.

Thanks for all the helpful information Broni, im still undecided wheather i want to spread the thermal paste or use the pea method. ive been watching videos about it, it doesn't look very hard to apply.
