If I install chipset drivers for my motherboard do I need to install graphics media acclerator or just installing the chipset driver would do?

Depends on the board. Some chipsets include a graphics driver but the vast majority don't.

I have Intel G41 chipset,does it include graphics accleretor?

Without a board model, I don't know. The majority of Intel based chipsets use a separate driver for the graphics.
