We can't look at logs in this forum. They are only done in the malware forum where they are specifically trained in removal.

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

While we appreciate the fact that you want to help out, we do not allow non-Staff Members to post Malware help on the boards. There are too many things that could go wrong. Many of our members are not well trained in computer operation and do not have the skills required to remove these infections on their own. After all, if they could remove the infection safely on their own, they wouldn’t be asking us for assistance. We prefer to have these issues fixed in the controlled environment of the malware forum with the assistance and guidance of our Malware experts. I hope you can understand the sensitive nature of this.

If you are interested in training to become a Staff Member, please go Here and fill out an application.

Thank you for your cooperation!
