Hello! 3-4 days ago I noticed high CPU on Task Mgr. and Norton also was skipping during scan. I now have Spyware and Malwarebyte. During that time I ran the other scan from your site to post however I was shut down with no net, lost admin, system issues, etc...the works. Day 1 I almost thought someone had hacked into my system, things looked different and files I didnt see before. I used spyware and malwarebyte and they detected issue that I hope was fixed. So for the last couple of days after running start up test, researching and looking into the issues of lost admin, msconfig, no net, drivers, regedit, backup etc...I ran test from safe mode (nothing) and downloaded other fixes and used cmd a lot and nothing. Today, I ran another test from safe mode and restarted and system restore was up after scanning (before I couldnt) and restored days back. Once restored does that come with the spyware also, before being shut down I removed them I thought?

I hope yall can help, this has been driving me crazy and keeping me up convinced I could fix or try but IDK much. Thanks! Debb
