My pc (would the advice be different if it was not?)

I am attempting to click on a link that leads to a website. For example, in word when accessing templates there is an option to search online for other templates - I get the message when clicking on it.

It doesnt happen in Outlook - all emailed links to me are able to be opened. It only happens when I produce a link in word and try to activate it or there is a generic link in word to update to microsoft templates etc...
