Vista vista vista, I have no clue how to deal with it. For this printer, I started off having issues installing drivers, turns out it had something to do with permissions and i had to right click>properties>security>advanced , owner tab, then regive admin ownership to my 1 and only admin accnt on the comp, before i can access the folder and reinstall a corrupted drivers installation. quite a pain i must admit. And now that it can finally print, i'm given the task to make the scanner work. Panasonic requires you to install something called a communications utility in order to make it so the printer can detect your computer on the network. so you can scan, then select your computer's ip on the printer, and send it to your workstation. However, the issue at hand is the fact that the [bleep] communications utility wont install due to some more access issues. I keep getting an error saying to please double check to see if you can write on the file or something. I'll repost the message next time I can use that computer. It installs if i use a previous version, but for some reason when the thing is opened only half the window pops up, and no words are shown. I'm so far pitching the blame on vista for being a pain, as ive already had it installed on XP and Windows 7. Hope someone here can help!.

Sorry bout the long post =)
