Need help with Trj/Bhotcher.A Virus

I left my woman alone with the comp last night and she downloads some game and this morning when I begin work I have over 10 virus' on my computer. I got rid of most but still have Trj/Bhotcher.A Virus and another that reads as msmsgs.exe, however it is NOT the real msmsgs software. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this virus. It won;t close long enough to delete and it's basically invisible to my computer's search engine, thanks
