The problem lied within Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio and because of some Windows Updates. Usually the UAA Bus Driver keeps the audio driver working, but when it fails, it just hangs and the audio is gone. The solution to this is:

Go to Device Manager

Go to System Devices

Select Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio and Disable it.

Then reinstall the right drivers for the audio driver.

After that Just Uninstall the sound card (which shows an Yellow Sign in the left of it).

Enable Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition back and press Scan for Hardware Changes. Just wait until the drivers are installed and everything should be working fine.
