It is at work. I am working as an intern in the IT department and before asking anyone I am trying to get some info. It is only this one user's workstation. On other pc's i can get to their my docs properties. I need to be able to change her target within her profile.

well, if these computers are on a domain, you can do that through group policy, group policy can also disable the properties tab of my documents (so people can't change the target) you may want to confirm that this isn't the case with the rest of the IT group before going too far
