when the computer is rebooted i get a sac master PIAPI incompatible press f1 to resume what happen???? it wont install any updates it tries to but it fails .does these go hand in hand or is this two seperate issues IT was working fine until a week ago

I presume this is the data management programme
Actually SAP PI API, probably from OSI.
I am sorry but I have no knowledge of it.
If you have a restore point, more than a week ago. I would try system restore.
Other than that, if it does not work, may I suggest you post your thread as the OSI Data Management API system showing etc. as it took me a bit to work out what it was. You may get more replies.
