Antimalware Doctor + More Virus? Please Help!

So basically anti malware doctor slipped into my system so i went to google and found this removal instruction guide (http://www.bleepingc...imalware-doctor) but I got stuck at step 5, where they tell you to download or open malwarebytes. I already have malwarebytes on my computer but for some reason, it wont run. Also, I tried to re-download malwarebytes but it redirects me to "http://www.megaclick...404/error.html" I think I have more than just the anti malware doctor virus. Can someone please help me?
