How to make this boot on startup?

I need an exe program to boot when I start my computer but I don't want it to be in Start>>All Programs>>StartUp

I have XP Home.

Sorry, I cannot understand what it is you cannot figure out. It is I think self=explanatory on the link.
Please do not be offended, but if you cannot understand the link instructions then my advice is to NOT try anything except adding that programme to the start menu.
