Hey everyone. I'm looking for a Windows 7 program (or something compatible with Windows 7) that would allow me to divert all my processor speed, RAM, graphics card power and all other resources to a single program (like if I am doing image editing in Photoshop or resource intensive gaming). Does such a program exist?

I'm not of aware of any such software, and in any case you can't divert all the resources to one particular application because a fair chunk of it is required just to run Windows itself.

You can define how much RAM you want Photoshop to use in the setup options: Edit >> Preferences >> Performance
