Previously to remove the Av Security Suite I followed the guide to remove malware and removed it with Malwarebytes but then after logging onto my computer, I got the "Generic Host Process for Win32 Service has encountered a problem" and like it ask if I want to send an error report or don't send. Then there's problems with my internet connection and I can't listen to music because it says that there's a sound driver problem .Also my computer loses connection after like an hour. Help? Thanks :)

p.s I also tried window update but when I pressed on the button nothing happens. I also went to microsoft to find updates for but it says that the service pack version that I currently have is newer than the one I'm about to apply. I have a Window XP
