overclocking the amd athlon 2 x4 620 processor

hi i have a amd athlon 2 x4 620 processor which is currently running at 2.6ghz is there any way i can get it up to 3ghz without burning my pc out or damaging the components as i want a bit more juice out of the processor thanx guys
