im getting a blue screen saying user32.dll needs to be reinstalled. i found the forum that tells me how to fix it, i have the recovery cd and download another and tried that one too, neither will load, i went to my bios and made sure the cd loaded first, but still isnt working. is my cd reader busted or is this an easy fix? thanks in advance for the feedback. im currently on another computer. i have an acer laptop i got 5 years ago, i have used the recovery cd three times in the past with no problem, this worries me.
