Forward Outlook Web access to Hotmail

At my college we have a web based email client Outlook Web Aaccess. The website to get to the eamil is really slow. Basically i want to have all the emails on the web base email program to my hotmail account. Any help is really appreciated.

Ask someone in your College IT department if they can change your email account from an email bucket to a simple forward to your Hotmail account?
