This is probably an easy fix for some, just not for me. Everytime I try to restart my computer it freezes and I have to shutdown. Now it will let me shutdown and it boots back up ok, it just won't do this in restart. Can ya help me out?

Hi, welcome to Geeks to Go. When you try to restart, you are going to start menu, shut down and selecting restart from the drop down menu, and the computer just hangs there and does nothing? Have you tried ctrl + alt + del and selecting shut down, then selecting restart from the drop down? Does that do the same thing?
