hi can anyone help me out? my friend forwards me joke emails but always deletes the email addresses of who has sent her the email .... so it is only my email address that shows up. can i do anything to find out the address of where she was sent the email originally ?

Your friend doesn't delete the addresses of who sent her the email, she just forwards it to you using the "Blind Carbon Copy" or "BCC" option which automatically strips out the other addresses from the header. You can't get that information once it's been stripped out, it's a privacy feature.
