Can someone help me please? When I got to click to open ny email It opens a new pop up window,It just started doing this last month. It is just annoying,It useto just go right to my email but not any more. Any help to stop this would be very helpful,& thank you.

There is more than one email client in general use today, especially on Windows 7 which doesn't have one built in! so please give us a clue about which one you use as they all work differently! And what is in the pop-up window?

I am running Internet Explorer & my email just pops out like a pop out window,not like it use to do like just go to the page .

Sounds like you are using webmail. Depending on the email provider/ISP, there should be an options or settings panel or link to control how the email actually opens.

From what I have found with a quick google search, many msn customers have been complaining about this. It appears to be designed by msn/hotmail to open that way.
