system file is missing or corrupt

I left my computer on all night and when i walked in my office my screen was blue w/ white letters , i turned off and restarted my computer and it showed black screen with file is missing or corrupt system32 config. Can i buy a cd to clean the file withoust losing my Plumbing business QB INFORMATION..

Name Brand or Custom built
If name brand make and model number
If custom then motherboard make and model
