Windows 7 BSOD - tcpip.sys problem

Hi there,

Just recently I have been getting the blue screen of death. It says something about a tcpip error. I think it was tcpip.sys or .exe.
I have also been noticing very recently that internet browsing (I use Firefox) has slowed down a great deal... whereas my online gaming is smooth like normal.
I am running windows 7 64bit and this is the first time I've seen this.
I have attached the contents of my minidump folder in a .zip file in case this might help determine what is wrong.
I really hope it is something simple such as a bad file or corrupt driver that can be easily fixed but I am not sure what to do.

I also used the bluescreenview program you have suggested for other users, here it is:
