:tazz: I've had lots of problems with DrWatson Postmortem Debugger recently, and found your site while looking for an explanation/fix. (Thanks a bajillion for having this site, btw.)

I followed the instructions on the "You Must Read ... Before... Hijackthis...." pages; specifically, on 5/15/05 I downloaded and ran Cleanup, Ad-aware, CWShredder, and Spybot, including applicable updates. That seemed to solve the problem for a couple of days, but as of last night, the problem was back.

This morning, I reran each of the programs (after checking for updates), and, with the exception of Sypbot, all ran normally (I guess -- hth would I know?!)

Spybot completed its scan and found 3 critical items, all under Wild Tangent. (Ad-aware had just found 9 other Wild Tangent problems and removed them).

I pushed the Fix The Problem button, and got the following 2 error messages:

Bad Image: The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\wtupdates\wtwebdriver\files\3.0.0.173\legacy\wt3d.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

This application has failed to start because WDENGINE.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I tried completely uninstalling, shredding, and reinstalling Spybot three times, and got to exactly the same point each time. HAYULP!! ;) I don't know What the... to do! Thanks in advance for your assistance.

:tazz: Thank you Keith, for your response! I've visited the site you suggested, printed out the instructions, and will now try the fix; I'll post the outcome as soon as I've finished. Thanks again....

Thank you so much, Keith! ;) I got Spybot to work again, scanned with it, and it turned up nothing this time. Here's hoping DocWatson is satisfied :tazz:................
