im having incredible problems with my 9800 pro 128mb, and i need to write a few emails to ati, if anyone know what it is plz post it. I did try the website but...got no where fast, only found telephone numbers in Canada

your best bet is to start a trouble ticket, on their website, under support. it will give you an online form, asking for a description of the problem, etc.
its a little slow, but it does get to a real person.

um i tried to, but it just lead me to a more FAQ type place

they do that...most of the time the problems are configuration related, and on the users end. you just have to keep going through their FAQ's, until it finally lets you actually file the trouble ticket.
