Printer not working - help please!

A few days ago I had a virus and Kaspersky removed it. After that I have tried to print repeatedly and have not been able. Supposedly my machine is clean. What can I do to restore my printing function? I own an HP Officejet 4315V All-In-One and I operate on a Windows Vista platform.

Any help you can give me will be much appreciated! Thank you so much.
