OMG I am also getting this from Norton 360. The popup will not go away. Error 550 and sending or trying to send emails of viagra and male enhancement to people i dont know..I called Norton. they have this site www.norton.com/virushelp ...download the eraser run it....maybe it will work for you but did not for me. I ended up buying the $139 optimize and remote Virus Removal. It was a Trojan. Zefarch ..Now the tech needs a Windows Xp installation disk to reinstall something that is missing... i dont have one ..time to go to ebay. I just wanted to share that i am having the same problem but maybe more intense...if anyone out there can suggest something any answer is appreciated...thank you!

mstech,

Please do not reply to other users threads in the Malware removal forum. If you are currently experiencing issues with your computer please take a look at this thread here: http://www.geekstogo...uide-t2852.html and post the requested logs in your own thread.

Since helpers look for topics with 0 posts to them, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.

If you need assistance, take a look at the link above and create your own thread.

This thread is now closed.

Cheers,
SweetTech.
