i have 3 add and remove programs buttons

hello,

i go in my control panel and try to delete something and i noticed i have 3 add and remove buttons..and anyone tell me how to get rid of them?i want to delete 2 of them.

Open Control Panel.
Press PrtScr key.
Open MS Paint, hold CTRL key and press V key.
Your desktop image should now appear in Paint window.
Save it as .jpg file and attach it to your next reply.
