Well not to sure if this is the right area but anyways. I am currently having a problem with downloading and streaming videos on my computer. A few minutes ago i was able to download and stream perfectly but now everything takes extremely long just to start-up. If i click a download link it takes around 2-3min just for the browser to ask me where i wan to download the file too. Same time for videos on youtube.
This problem isn't only with the browser it also happens in Jdownloder. If i reboot my PC i am able to download again but it will stop sooner or later. If anybody knows whats wrong help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a modem and router, unplug both of them, then wait one minute. Apply power to the modem first. Wait until it has the correct sequence of LEDs then apply power to the router. Reboot your PC.

If the problem remains, connect your PC directly to the modem/gateway with an ethernet cable.
