I had the free McAfee antivirus software however I think it may have been out of date as I think I may have a virus. The first give away was my McAfee ran a scan and it normally mentions I don't have antivirus but underneath it mentioned threats and it pointed out this website "myriotracking.com". I have never heard of that website have never been on it. So I then decided to download free anti-virus software from AVG, however it has a information bar at the top of the page, quote "An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet Options for potential conflicts", so I then go onto the Windows help section and add the website to the trusted section in security settings and it still says the same message. So I then tried a free scan with microsoft and it says the same thing. I probably don't have a virus (or hope I don't) However I seem to have no control over my Laptop even though I'm the administrator. Oh one last thing before I attemted to download the anti-virus software, I read from Microsoft help or the AVG website that I had to uninstall my old antivirus software. So I now have no protection what-so-ever. Please help me in any possible way.
