Receiving 2 copies of every email in Outlook

In order to receive emails on my Blackberry I need to have emails saved on the server. I am receiving two copies of every email on my laptop and the only solution I have found so far is to not have emails saved to the server. When I do that I do not receive emails on my Blackberry. I need to receive all emails on my Blackberry. Does anyone have a solution?

I am running Windows XP with Microsoft Office / Outlook 2003.

Hi Mr TLC! Welcome to G2G!

I am figuring that you have your email set up using POP3 on your Blackberry. Have you tried setting it up as IMAP instead
