Hope someone can help please. iTunes was working fine and I have downloaded several albums and talking books with no problems until the other night. It still loads OK but when I try to connect to the iTunes Store I now get the following error:

iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection was terminated unexpectedly. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.

I'm running Vista and have Norton Internet Security installed version 16.8.0.41 according to the Help menu.

Hi, I'm having same probelm runing windows XP, can't figure it out.

Can you open iTunes, go to Help, Run Diagnostics, then make sure Network Connectivity Tests is selected and click Next. Then post the entire report here when you get time.
