Hi geeks

Today the BSOD poped up while I was surfing the net. If I remember correctly, at the BSOD there was written memory_memory_managment but I'm not sure. Then I've reset the PC and everything went fine.

Can anyone direct me on what is the culprit pls? or any tests should I run?

Thanks in advance

Happened just once?

Hi Broni

yep, just once regarding memory management because more than a month ago another problem poped out but I think its not related to this one.

Thanks for your feedback Broni

PS. I usually don't shut down the PC but instead I put it into sleep mode, so do you think that this is related to such a crash?

If it happened just once, I wouldn't really worry about it.

Is it desktop, or laptop?

As I said, I wouldn't worry about one BSOD.

Normally, in case of desktops, I don't recommend using any power saving features. They often cause issues.

hm, actually its not a power saver feature but a power waster as I use it instead of the shut down which consumes way less power. It is more of a convenient feature because start up time will be around 8seconds and moreover, the applications which I use are left open.

OK, so I'll see if this happens again and I call back.

Tks Broni and all the geeks around

You're welcome :)
Whatever setting works for you, but to double check, I'd simply disable all power saving features for couple of days and see how it goes.
