Ok if I do a search for adware or spyware stuff I get this winantivirus.com popup!

Also I can't find any information on a comtapi.dll file that shows in my hijack log as a bho and as O20 - Winlogon Notify: comtapi - C:\WINDOWS\java\comtapi.dll

This file can't be renamed in safe mode either because it is in use by something on startup even in safe mode. Also these entries will not delete with Hijack this even when booting in safe mode.
