[dbackshell]

I have been receiving an error message on start up.

Rundll Error Loading

C:\Windows\qemsts.dll The specifed module could not be found.

As a result of this error message it seems my laptop has been working much slower than usual, taking a long time to load up basic programs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this may be a basic error but it is not something I have any experience dealing with in the past.
