I started having a wireless connection problem called "Unidentified Network"
I don't have any firewall running or antivirus software running.
I have a Laptop running Vista. All browsers are affected.
The router tech guys say it's not the router.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

could you be a bit more descriptive as to what your problem actually is? as it stands i don't really know what your actual issue is.
