No Web Access From Aol 9.0

please help. i can get into web sites from internet explorer but not from aol 9 which i just downloaded, ive made several calles to aol support . they assure me the 9,0 is compatible with my 56k modem and 98 windows everytime i follow their directions they tell me when i log back in my problem will be fixed. its not. can you help

Do you get any error messages when trying to access the Internet through AOL? You may also want to check your system for Spyware (see the Spyware Tools link in my signature).
