Okay, I think my problem is so bad, that programs are actually blocking me from using hijackthis. Every time I begin to run a scan to get the log, it says it encountered an error and closes. I'm pretty sure I've never heard of spyware this bad, I got it all from a lyrics website, and its absolutely awful. Please help me, I have read the entire list of things to do before turning to the forum, downloaded every form of virus/spyware scan you recommend. Any ideas to get hijackthis to be able to run? Thank you so much, I suspect my computer will be quite the challenge...
