unable to load web page help

so all of a sudden a few days ago instead of loading the normal www.runescape.com web page it now opens like an all text version and the links are all broken.

ive had this happen a few tims with youtube.com but if i exit and go back to it,it would be fine.

heres a picture of the problem.

Hey i dont think you can do anything about it cause thats happened to me back when i played runescape haha.. just wait it out try every once in a while it could be fixed anytime
