Have you tried calibrating it?

Are you quite sure you have the cartridge/s inserted properly?

Do you have the manual?

they are canon certified cartridges,

i already did the common routine checks btw...like giving it s deep clean and normal clean and checking the nozzle head page...every colour works expect blue....and when i try just printing out a blue blob it turns out pink :)

this is an inkjet not a laser printer right?

i'm not 100% sure about that model, but from recollection canon injets are mostly similar in that the actual ink depositing nozzles are part of the ink cartridge. so if you've tried more than one cartridge then it's not the actual nozzle. it might be the circuitry that communicates with the cartridge and tells it to deposit ink

ya its an ink jet...and yes i have tried 2 blue inks and both produce the same results...i guess it cant be a nozzle clog since i done many cleans >.< it use to work fine...but i dont know what happened all of a sudden....when i tried like 7-10 cleans...the blue did come out...but then when i tried printing a pic it went back to pink

it seems like a hardware failure to me....either the printer isn't communicating with the toner cartridge, or something like that. you might be able to find a company locally that can service the printer.
