explorer 8 keeps saying its shutting down

]Hi, having a prob with explorer 8 on windows 7, suddenly it comes up explorer has stopped working ,then shutting down just keeps repeating its self.But explorer stays open then freezes eventually. Then black screen when i press ctrl.alt.dlt and eventually blue screen. Any help appreciated. Diz...........have attached hijackthis log
