I had one password for my gmail account for years, I changed it last week. My cookie in firefox remember it for me untill today, when I had to reformat my pc. Now I can't remember it. I can't remember my alternate email either, in fact out of paranoia I think I entered random text for that (As in [email protected]). I filled out a form, but google wrote back to my alternate email stating they weren't convinced it was me. Now I don't know what do to. That email was the nerve-centre of my online activity, finances, ebay, credit card, everything, for five years. Not only that, but its the only way i can log into other accounts, because ive forgotten their passowrds so often I resent them.

Surely there is something I can do, this is an utter disaster.

Hello King_Rat84...

I'm afraid we can't help you with this as we simply have no way to verify who you are or if the account in question belongs to you. Your best bet is to work with Gmail support to get the problem straightened out.
