hi y'all! thanks so much in advance for any information and your time :)

as of today, my computer has decided to load a 'comcast' page (almost) every time i click on google, hulu, whatever page (or 'site,' my internet/computer skills are lame). so, i have to click and reclick several times for the page i want to come up do so OR it won't load at all and proceeds to the 'comcast' page.

thus, i think it's a virus, however, i've run my norton anti virus program (twice) and nothing 'infected' has come up.

totally unsure of how to address this problem. any info/direction is greatly appreciated! any questions will be answered to the best of my ability :)
