Yesterday my compter starting running really slow and the internet was the speed of dial up. This was happening on both my pc and laptop. I tried to print out a document only to find all of my drivers were missing for my hp photosmart printer. I went on hp to download the drivers and before that finished a message box appeared telling me my computer would shut down in so many seconds and data exection prevention and something to do with service controller app.
I started my computer in safe mode and was unable to open my security software, trendmicro, it was missing from my program's folder as well. I could run ad-aware though.

I also purchased some patterns that I recieved by email. Instead of the patterns being attached to the email, I was redirected to a site where the patterns were stored. My internet security blocked this page.

I've attached some scan results I hope would be useful.

Fingers Crossed

Cheers Kuffuffle
