Hello folks, heads wrecked trying to get rid off this virus, thanks to your site i found a soloution for the one I have but am having problems following it, any help appreciated...

this is the soloution but the part that i'm stuck on is:

I've downloaded the file 6 times but can't find it anywhere on my computer
