On one of the XP computers here the Outlook Express files are in:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{ADB1F817-514C-4C8B-B041-62663357884B}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

(Note that the "username" and the "{ADB1F817-514C-4C8B-B041-62663357884B}" folder names may be different on your computer).

The filenames I see in that folder are:

Deleted Items.dbx
Drafts.dbx
Folders.dbx
Inbox.dbx
Junk.dbx
Offline.dbx
Outbox.dbx
Pop3uidl.dbx
Read.dbx
Sent Items.dbx

You can find out exactly where your Outlook Express stores its files by clicking Tools > Options... > Maintenance tab > Store Folder... button.

For reasons of privacy, you can only access the Store Folder belonging to the user account you're logged into.
You can't access a Store Folder belonging to a different user account until you log in to that account.
