itunes load fail 13014

I was upgrsading to the current version from the Apple support site. iTunes was working fine before the update. I power cycled 3 times. Still erroe 13014 wont open. uninstalled itunes quicktime and any other Apple relatesd SW. Power cycle try fresh install from Apple. Install starts to download when install begins after I het Run it just quits???
