My desktop background is completely covered by this huge.. thing.. that says "Warning! You're in danger!" and it goes on about how my computer is not protected. When it's clicked it goes to some search page. Many of the links I click on the web go to that same search page. My computer is running slow as well.

I've tried ad-aware and spybot.
