I want to write and install a WORD macro onto my XP pc that will accomplish this task:

Lets me insert into a WORD document the string “insert here” by clicking Alt+j; where the string appears in the document highlighted in yellow.

I am almost certain that that can be done but I am not quite able to bring it off. I am a rank beginner with macros and I badly need help.

Thanks much.
