Silly Very Aggravating XP Desktop Problem

Hi Everyone! Today I'm here with actually two questions. They are both very simple to answer I'm sure.

1) How can I arrange my desktop icons THE WAY I WANT THEM! Not the way XP is arranging them by "type". Yes, I've looked at the "Arrange By" area, but it does not list "user defines" or something. What can I do?

2) A VERY HAPPY question for you all. I've always said to myself that when I had some extra cash, I'd donate to Geeks To Go for saving me a fortune in Computer glitches and fixes.

Well, I came into about $400 I had no idea I was getting!

So, the donate link says to donate to the individuals who have helped me. That sounds great because all of you have helped me enormously! But now, how do I go into my past and learn who all to donate to? How can I get a history? Is there even a history so I can do this?

AND WHOEVER ANSWERS THIS QUESTION BETTER GIVE ME THEIR PAYPAL ACCONT!
